The study was presented at the 2022 Diana International Research Conference.

During June 19-22, the 2022 Diana International Research Conference took place in Dublin, Ireland and the study entitled “From Being to Doing: An Ethics of Care Perspective on a Woman Founder and her Social Enterprise”  was presented. Prof. Gimenez is co-authoring this paperwith Prof. Patricia Gabaldon, Dr. Isabel Garcia-Lomas Drake from IE Business School and Prof. Hannah Möltner from FOM Hochschule. In this study, they aim to understand the role personal and professional experiences of a woman in developing strategic decisions in her social enterprise.
